Our client is the industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions. We're currently looking for Customer Service Officers to join our dynamic team based in Wingfield. Pay Rate - $35.80 per hr including casual loading ( penalties) Work Days/Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (8 hour shifts) The call centre operates from 7am to 6pm, so we require someone who is available to work within those hours. Initially it will be a start with a 9am-5pm shift, and then may adjust shift times as needed to ensure we have adequate phone coverage. Length of Assignment: 3 months, with the possibility to extend Responsibilities: Looking for candidate with contact centre experience, including the use of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
