The key duties of the position include We are recruiting for multiple EL1 Assistant Director positions across the Consumer Data Right (CDR) division. What you will do as an Assistant Director Business Operations Stream: Lead a team of professionals, role modelling our leadership behaviours, supporting a professional and collaborative working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback, resolving conflict and facilitating career development. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Data Holders and Data Recipients, fostering collaboration and information sharing to support effective communication practices. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to participant engagement, and develop and maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with CDR rules and standards. Oversee the development and execution of communication strategies and plans, ensuring consistency and alignment with the CDR and organisation's messaging, branding, and objectives. Provide strategic advice and reporting to senior management on participant engagement and communication matters, contributing to decision-making processes. Identify, implement, and document improvements which will enhance efficiency and participant experience in the CDR on-boarding process. This includes addressing feedback from stakeholders as well as proactive process improvement activities. Technology Delivery Stream: Lead a team of professionals, role modelling our leadership behaviours, supporting a professional and collaborative working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback, resolving conflict and facilitating career development. Negotiate, engage, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver products and services. Lead and drive strategic planning to ensure delivery milestones are met in line with roadmaps. Facilitate and lead key agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, story writing, estimation sessions, and daily team syncs. Support the Product Management team with respect to grooming and maintaining the Product Backlog. Lead the software development life cycle IT responsibilities such as build, change, and release management.
