We are seeking compassionate and customer‑focused individuals to join their expanding Home Health contact centre team in Clayton. About the Role As a Customer Care Officer , you will support older customers who have recently received a government care package. You’ll guide customers through their setup, answer questions, book services, and ensure they understand how to make the most of their support. The contact centre environment is friendly, modern, and fast‑moving. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth, patience, and clear communication Assist customers with service bookings, referrals, and package setup Manage warm leads, new referrals and general enquiries Support work including inbox management, outbound calls, and light admin Record accurate case notes and follow internal and government compliance requirements Contribute to a positive team environment across a busy, dynamic floor What We’re Looking For Previous contact centre experience (inbound, outbound, sales, financial hardship) Excellent written and verbal communication suited to an older demographic Strong IT capability and confidence navigating systems Calm, patient, and resilient approach - especially when supporting vulnerable customers Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment Aged care, healthcare, medical reception or health insurance exposure is highly beneficial though not required This role suits those with a genuinely compassionate, customer‑first mindset .
