Clinical care of residents in each community Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications. Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition. Infection control and prevention. Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times. Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
