About the Role: You’ll be right at the centre of it all in our Coffs Harbour store – serving customers at the counter, keeping stock organised, and lending a hand with deliveries when needed. It’s a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, takes pride in doing things properly, and enjoys being part of a dependable team. What You’ll Do: Counter sales: Serve customers at the counter, via phone and email Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and build long-term customer relationships Versatile duties: Jump in wherever needed to support the wider team. Pack orders, restock shelves, complete deliveries and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed About You: Customer service or sales experience (trade retail / industrial supplies is ideal, but not essential) Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset Reliable, proactive and easygoing Strong computer skills and attention to detail Current driver’s licence (P’s welcome) – manual drivers licence is an advantage.
