Your new role: As the Carer Participation and Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring carers' voices are heard, valued, and embedded across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS). You will lead strategic and practical initiatives that promote evidence-based carer participation and strengthen recovery-focused care. Lead and coordinate carer participation and engagement activities across diverse multidisciplinary teams within MSAMHS Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to Carer Peer Workers, promoting best practice and professional development Partner with Allied Health, Nursing, NGOs, and community stakeholders to strengthen carer-informed service planning, delivery, and evaluation Develop and deliver carer-focused groups, training, documentation, and reports that support continuous improvement and system advocacy About you: You are a collaborative and values-driven leader with a strong commitment to social inclusion, recovery-oriented practice, and meaningful carer engagement in mental health services.
