Purpose of the Role We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Operator to join our dedicated team supporting one of Australia's leading aviation infrastructure clients. Based full-time on-site at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport , you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and logged requests, ensuring smooth coordination between the client, trades, and wider BGIS operations. Reporting into our national Operations Centre based in Adelaide, you'll work closely with them and the on-site team, providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Ideal Candidate You'll be approachable, organised, and proactive, with a calm and professional manner. Whether handling a work order or resolving an urgent issue, you bring strong communication skills and an eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a team and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
