Nextt are seeking reliable and passionate Disability Support Workers to support multiple clients in a SIL home in Highfields Our clients need assistance with personal care, manual handling, medication, domestic tasks, and community access. Support needs vary and may include intellectual and physical disabilities, mobility challenges, and communication support. Interests include music, movies, games, reading, community outings, and sensory activities. Your role is to provide consistent, person-centred care that builds independence, daily living skills, and meaningful connections.
