We’re on the lookout for an organiser extraordinaire to join a hardworking team supporting a busy operation across the NT and Kimberley regions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be the key person keeping jobs running smoothly, parts moving, and the team supported day-to-day. About the Role As the Operations & Inventory Coordinator , you’ll play a central role in keeping the wheels turning. Your focus will be managing parts, stock, consumables and systems that reduce downtime for machinery operators and help the team deliver quality work efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Ordering and monitoring stock, parts, consumables and fuel Maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping systems up to date Liaising with suppliers and managing ongoing supplier relationships Updating job files, records, and internal systems Escalating issues to management when required Using a scheduling app to allocate daily jobs and keep workflows organised Collating daily job data, ensuring hours are captured correctly Supporting timesheets and job tracking to ensure invoicing is accurate and error-free If you love staying one step ahead and keeping everything organised, you’ll thrive in this role.
