Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Accounting Manager to join their collaborative and high-performing team. You’ll work closely with Directors and play a key role in maintaining technical standards, workflow efficiency and exceptional client service Your responsibilities will include: Managing and reviewing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, Individuals and SMSFs BAS/IAS preparation and review Budgeting, cash flow forecasting and advisory support Building trusted client relationships Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members Assisting with workflow management and process improvement About You Degree qualified in Accounting CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) Experience in public practice accounting Currently operating at Supervisor or Manager level Strong client-facing and communication skills Confident reviewing work and supporting junior staff Experience with Xero Practice Manager Proactive, solutions-focused mindset What You’ll Get Competitive salary bonus structure Ongoing technical and leadership training Structured mentorship and clear progression pathways Work from Home flexibility Paid half-day Fridays Regular social events and team activities A genuinely positive, progressive workplace Ready to Make an Impact?
