All Round Operator Location Perth, WA (FIFO from Perth Airport) Roster FIFO (2:1 roster) Rate $61 - 65 p/hour About the Role Our client is seeking experienced All Round Operators to join their team on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth , working across remote mine site operations. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive rates, superannuation paid on all hours worked, and quality camp facilities. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of mobile mining equipment across daily production activities, including loaders, graders, dozers, and dump trucks Complete pre-starts, daily inspections, and basic servicing of equipment Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve production targets Adhere to site safety procedures and operational standards at all times Support general site operations as required in a FIFO mining environment Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of heavy mobile plant in an open-pit mining environment Valid Australian licences relevant to equipment operation (e.g. HR, MR ) Current White Card (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Willingness and flexibility to work a FIFO roster What’s on Offer Competitive pay rates Superannuation paid on all hours worked FIFO roster with quality camp facilities
