About the Role: Overseeing the cleaning and laundry services team members f of the Home to ensuring they maintain the standards and timelines required. Ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times. Acting as a liaison between residents, families, and management advocating for the best interests of our residents.
