Job Description Process and manage customer sales orders to ensure accurate system entry, correct reason codes, and on-time fulfilment within agreed delivery windows. Proactively coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and VRPs to meet service level agreements, escalating issues where required. Maintain and govern Customer Service documentation and reporting via SharePoint, including procedures, product lists, DIF reports, and KPI packs. Support customer master data set-up and changes, including new customer onboarding, supply chain flows, pricing validation, MLOR, Ti-Hi configuration, and 3PL integration. Manage logistics, warehousing, and transport KPIs with 3PL partners (including CO₂ emissions), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Provide supply chain and logistics support through SCOS pillar leadership, vendor invoice processing, incident management, and project support focused on cost, efficiency, and optimisation.
