Client Relationship Manager JRM Hospitality is continuing to expand its Melbourne operations and is looking for an experienced Client Relationships Manager to play a key role in growing our client base and strengthening our presence in the local market. This is a senior, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and taking ownership of commercial outcomes. While relationship management is central to the role, it also requires a proactive approach to winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships. About the role You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients across Melbourne's hospitality and events sector, managing those relationships through onboarding, and supporting their ongoing engagement with JRM. You'll work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to ensure clients receive a high level of service and delivery. This role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously, enjoys being out in the market, and wants to be part of building something rather than stepping into a fully established patch. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities across the Melbourne market Generate your own leads through outbound activity such as cold calling, site visits, networking, LinkedIn and email outreach Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from first contact through to onboarding and ongoing relationship management Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and delivered Contribute to revenue growth and the ongoing development of JRM's Melbourne operations About you Experience in a client-facing, commercially focused role Confident building relationships and comfortable initiating new business conversations Background in hospitality, recruitment, or a related agency environment highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working with autonomy and accountability Strong industry connections or existing client relationships will be highly regarded, provided you bring the right commercial mindset and approach.
