About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to support the General Manager in the day to day operations of two premium commercial office buildings located in Melbourne's CBD. You'll work closely with the Engineering and Finance teams while engaging with tenants, supporting commercial operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of property management services. Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for tenant enquiries and support ongoing communication across both properties. Assist with lease administration, rent roll management, debt management, and general commercial operations. Process supplier invoices, maintain vendor records, and support accounts payable accuracy. Maintain property management systems, support compliance reporting, and coordinate contractor activities. Prepare reports, meeting materials, and provide general administrative support to senior stakeholders. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-3 years' experience in commercial, industrial, or retail property management. A Victorian Agents Representative Licence (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property management systems (MRI preferred). Excellent organisational ability, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
