Position Details We're looking for a reliable and committed Cleaner to join our brand new 5star Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters tea m , whose attention to detail will ensure our resort remains a clean and enjoyable place for residents and visitors alike. This is a Full time role, working Monday to Friday on a 38hour week . Your work will b e essential to ensuring the resort facilities are clean, presentable and organised for resident and visitor use at all times. Responsibilities Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as the pool room, office, hairdresser, gymnasiums, craft rooms, clubhouse, movie theater and library. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal. Ensuring toilet facilities are cleaned to a hygienic standard. Cleaning internal windows and ensuring equipment like refrigerators and microwaves are spotless. Tidying kitchen areas, including emptying dishwashers and wiping surfaces. Replenishing supplies such as coffee, tea, and other consumables. Identifying and eliminating hazards, such as slippery floors or obstacles, to ensure safety. Cleaning stock and display homes for potential purchasers. Weekly tasks such as cleaning light switches, power points, door frames, and dusting cobwebs. Other cleaning duties as directed by the resort managers. To excel in this role, you will bring: A keen eye for detail and commitment to high cleaning standards. Prior cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial environment.
