Â THE ROLE Weâre looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Stadium Logistics team at Marvel Stadium, supporting the operational delivery of all events held at the stadium. This role is all about the behind-the-scenes work that makes events happen, including bump-in and bump-out, setting up and packing down event infrastructure, and assisting event operations across arena events, functions, and precinct activations. Â Weâre seeking people who are ready for physical, fast-paced work in Australiaâs busiest multipurpose stadium and who understand that strong event operations are essential to delivering a smooth, safe, and positive experience for guests from arrival to departure. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STADIUM LOGISTICS TEAM MEMBER Assisting with event bump-in and bump-out, including set-up and pack-down of staging, furniture, equipment, barriers and signage. Loading and unloading trucks and moving equipment and infrastructure across the stadium and precinct. Preparing gates, arena, concourse, function rooms and public spaces to meet event and venue presentation standards. Providing operational support to our turf team as required, including assisting with turf protection, overlays and changeovers. Supporting the operational delivery of concerts, sporting events, functions and precinct activations. Responding to operational requests during events and assisting with resets or changeovers Maintaining a safe, clean and functional back-of-house and public areas. Working closely with Team Leaders and other stadium departments to meet tight timelines and deliverables. Working flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in events, logistics, or labouring, including the bump in and bump out of event infrastructure, equipment, and signage, is highly regarded. Reliable, proactive, and positive, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn about stadium operations and event processes. A can-do attitude is imperative for this role. Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends, early mornings, late nights, overnight shifts, and multi-day peak events (e.g., AFL season, concerts). Relevant licences and training desirable, including forklift, EWP, working at heights, and manual handling. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with confidence to support internal teams, clients, and contractors. Ability to work in a team or autonomous environment whilst multitasking, prioritising, and working efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Physically capable of hands-on work, including manual handling, capable of repetitive movements, prolonged standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Committed to workplace safety, able to follow procedures and instructions. Must be 18. Must have a valid or willing-to-obtain Working with Children Check.
