We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with deep, tactical expertise to join a high-performing digital team. You will work closely with segment marketing teams, managing a critical pillar of digital media strategy, ensuring campaigns are innovative, effective, and deliver measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute sophisticated bidding, targeting, and trading strategies, with a primary focus on the DV360 platform . Collaborate with team members to support campaigns across Paid Search (SA360) and Paid Social channels. Manage the end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns for two key brands, including setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimisation. Analyse campaign performance against business goals and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to coordinate campaign timelines and ensure strategic alignment. Contribute to the paid media roadmap by identifying opportunities for growth through testing and experimentation. What You Can Bring to the Team: 2 years of hands-on experience with DV360 as your primary platform Experience with Paid Search (SA360) is highly beneficial. Exposure to or interest to learn Paid Social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest) is a bonus! Proven experience managing complex campaigns within a large-scale enterprise or agency environment. A strong track record in online acquisition, with an understanding of attribution modelling.
