What we’re looking for: A qualified and experienced Certificate III educator , or someone willing to study towards a Diploma in Children’s Services . Strong communication and relationship skills with children, families, and colleagues. Enthusiasm, energy, and a child-friendly, bubbly personality . Ability to support, motivate, and inspire the team . Availability: Preference for 8–10 hour shifts . Flexible options: 5 days a week or 4 days a week .
