Job Details 2 Day Nanny Educator (15882) Bonshaw 2 days per week with a child aged 2.5 years Rate: $40.30 - $45.38 (L3-Dip) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Thursday: 5:30 am - 3:30 pm Flex with days (Monday, instead of Wednesday & flex with times (Wednesday or Monday shift) This family would like: We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Educator with a genuine interest in early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development. The successful applicant will support the learning, play, and overall wellbeing of a 2.5 year old child through responsive, play experiences that promote curiosity, confidence, and independence. The role involves fostering age appropriate development across physical, social, emotional, and early communication milestones. This includes encouraging exploration, imaginative play, language development, and self-help skills within a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, organised, and responsible, with a strong awareness of general safety, including outdoor and farm safety. A calm, patience, kind, and nurturing approach is essential, along with the ability to be energetic and engaged when appropriate. A genuine enjoyment of the outdoors and farm life is highly valued, as the role includes supporting learning through nature play and outdoor exploration. You must: - Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state - Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
