Dhelkaya Health is seeking a value‑driven Housing Services Worker to join our dedicated team in the Mount Alexander Shire. Using a strength‑based empowerment model, you'll provide high‑quality case management, coordination and crisis intervention for people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. In this role, you will: Deliver tailored case management, support and information to individuals and families experiencing housing instability. Provide crisis intervention, advocacy and referral pathways to ensure people can access the services they need. Work alongside clients to identify strengths, build capacity and support long-term housing outcomes. Actively contribute to a range of housing initiatives offered by Dhelkaya Health, including the innovative Home share program. Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen community responses to homelessness. About you A Social Work Degree or related qualification in Community Development. Previous experience working in welfare, community development or related areas. Demonstrated skills and experience in housing, family work, case management and cross-sectoral collaboration.
