Responsibilities Consolidate all controllership responsibilities from multiple entities and operate independently Champion all system-related projects including AR automation and sustainability reporting Lead and develop a team of 7 through mentoring and coaching Expand involvement in budgeting and forecasting as foundation strengthens Oversight of forex management and international payments Candidate Profile This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who is looking to push their career forward in a medium sized FMCG business. The ability to converse clearly and concisely in English with internal stakeholders is mandatory with Cantonese or Mandarin languages a nice to have for the board. ERP experience is paramount in a multi-entity environment, ideally D365, however another large system eg Oracle, SAP will be looked upon favourably. Site attendance is required 5 days per week and in the initial period of the role there will be required travel interstate to engage with stakeholders, however this will drop back to travel once a year thereafter.
