This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating learning programs, and fostering strong relationships with education partners. Reporting to the National Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our teams have access to relevant learning opportunities and that our programs align with Opal’s values and culture. About the Role: LMS Administration: Act as LMS helpdesk, manage compliance reporting, maintain learning library, schedule training sessions, track attendance and feedback. Student Placements: Coordinate agreements with education partners, maintain contact details, and manage placement processes. Traineeships: Administer government funding and wage subsidies, manage helpdesk queries, and assist with monthly reporting. Scholarships: Support scholarship communications, reporting, and budget tracking. General Administration: Prepare monthly/ad hoc reports and ensure processes are up to date. About YouExperience & Qualifications: Experience in Learning & Organisational Development is preferred. Strong LMS knowledge and MS Office skills is highly advantageous. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Understanding of aged care sector is an advantage. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, or Organisational Development are desired.
