This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical drafting skills and experience in residential and civil development projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed civil drawings, plans, and documentation for residential and development projects. Support engineers with design layouts, specifications, and approval documentation. Ensure all drawings comply with Australian Standards, council regulations, and internal requirements. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams as required. Maintain accurate drawing records and version control. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil drafting. Diploma-level qualification in Civil Engineering Drafting or a closely related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience will be highly regarded). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
