This is a Key Account Manager role with Suncorp Group based in Sydney, NSW, AU Suncorp Group Role Seniority - mid level More about the Key Account Manager role at Suncorp Group Permanent opportunity Reporting to the Executive Manager Key Accounts Build/facilitate effective relationships with key decision makers within intermediaries and key clients Sydney CBD Location/flexible working The role is accountable for the retention and profitable growth of key accounts on a national basis by developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, end clients and all internal stakeholders and leveraging from the existing broker and end customer relationships to provide a complete solution to their insurance needs. This vital role also involves ensuring consistent execution and delivery of service to our intermediaries and end clients across the GIO workers compensation offering. What You’ll Do (not Limited To) Account managing specified Workers Compensation clients, including national employer accounts across respective jurisdictions Manage and support strategic relationships with allocated key end clients and associated intermediaries Retention of key accounts across workers compensation product lines, including support in renewal process where required Support new business in Workers Compensation in line with our growth targets Implement strategies aimed at growing our participation on other lines through existing key client relationships Analyse our customer base and provide feedback on performance and opportunities. What You Will Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Workers Compensation industry Proven capabilities in managing relationships with end clients and intermediaries Strong customer service background Proficient understanding of workers compensation claims and profitability Proven capability to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment with shifting priorities. Other Frequent interstate travel Attendance at client and broker events.
