About The Role AMES Australasia is seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Graduate / HR Officer to join our People & Culture team based at our Doncaster Head Office. Working as part of a high-performing HR team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or early-career HR professional to build hands-on experience in a generalist position with responsibilities covering WorkCover Case Management and Talent Acquisition administration within a growing organisation of 500 employees. With continued business growth, this role will provide exposure to a dynamic and evolving HR environment, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable, organised and keen to develop their HR career.
