What this opportunity involves: We're seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support a leading tech client at 101 Collins St. In this hands-on role, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our client's workplace running smoothly while building meaningful relationships across all levels of the business. Key responsibilities: Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and great customer service Assign tasks to team members and handle day-to-day facilities work, including basic maintenance Use facility management systems (like Corrigo) to track jobs, maintain records, and process work orders Make sure all services meet company policies and safety requirements Work closely with site teams and management to schedule work, solve problems, and improve operations Be part of the Emergency Response Team and help manage safety incidents and business continuity Handle facility emergencies following proper procedures and escalate issues when needed Support larger projects and help with reporting, planning, and budget tasks under the Regional Facilities Manager's guidance Sounds like you?
