About the organisation This global financial services organisation is investing heavily in modernising its CRM, Martech and digital platforms to improve automation, data integrity and end-to-end customer experience. A significant Salesforce uplift is underway, representing one of the most important technology investments the business has made globally. About the role The Global Digital Enablement Manager owns the implementation and delivery of the global digital roadmap. This is a hands-on, delivery-led role focused on bringing structure to a digital environment that is currently functional but fragmented. You will lead the organisation through a phased transformation — auditing the current state, sequencing the work, and driving adoption as new platforms go live. Key responsibilities include: Auditing and documenting the current digital and Martech ecosystem Owning and delivering the global digital roadmap Leading CRM and Martech rollout Coordinating readiness and enablement across marketing, technology and the wider business Managing website builds, enhancements and bespoke components Delivering dealer and partner integrations Managing a large and evolving backlog of initiatives and priorities Leading and developing a digital team of developers and martech specialists Effective management of data integration What we're looking for This role requires senior digital operator with matech integration and Salesforce experience who is comfortable asking the hard questions, and bringing order, structure and momentum. The right candidate will give direction to the digital team, bring strategic thinking, hands-on delivery and the ability to effectively phase the delivery of platform integration. To be competitive, you’ll bring: 10 years’ experience across digital enablement, digital experience or digital platforms Proven experience leading CRM and Martech integrations in-house Strong Salesforce experience (Marketing Cloud experience highly regarded) Experience managing developers and martech specialists Confidence operating in complex, manual or fragmented environments Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, technology and leadership An enablement mindset focused on adoption and long-term capability, not just implementation Benefits This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely global digital leadership role with real mandate.
