Integrations and Applications Manager We are embarking on an IT transformation journey with exponential growth projected across the company which presents a unique opportunity to redesign our IT ecosystem to support and enable our expansion plans. To support our Head of Technology and Digital Transformation we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Integrations and Applications Manager to lead the management, integration, and ongoing evolution of our application landscape, with a strong focus on radiology and healthcare systems. This is a senior role for a technically strong leader who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and operational excellence and responsible for ensuring that enterprise applications and integrations are stable, scalable, and aligned to business and clinical needs. Overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and support of a diverse suite of applications, ensuring reliability and performance across business‑critical systems. A significant part of your focus will be designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations between internal platforms, particularly those supporting radiology workflows. As an Integration & Application Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert across radiology and healthcare technology platforms, including RIS and PACS systems, AI algorithms, and pre‑ and post‑processing applications. Computer science/Information technology engineering degree or equivalent technology certification(s) Experience working with clinical software application suites (RIS/PACS/EMR or similar applications) and/or their integrations. In depth knowledge of HL7/FHIR message formats and experience working with interface engines like mirth, rhapsody, kailo or Epic bridges. Exposure to imaging technology and Dicom formats is desirable. Extensive knowledge in software application lifecycle, patching, upgrades, interoperability, and maintenance. Demonstrated experience in self-management in terms of time, deliverables, and project outcomes Demonstrated experience in clear and concise communication. Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends and industry best practices.
