As a Data Analyst, you will provide analysis and interpretation of data to improve organisational performance and patient outcomes. This role is responsible for developing reports, ensuring data collation, quality assurance, submission and educating stakeholders on data use and insights. The role requires knowledge of data collections, health performance metrics and current knowledge of policies and guidelines with respect to health data. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to conduct complex data analysis and reporting to support performance monitoring including visualisation and reports. An ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders so they can understand the data and its impact on healthcare performance will be key to success in this role.
