The role assists with data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and general finance administration under supervision. We're looking for someone with: Experience providing administrative or transactional support within a finance or corporate environment. Certificate II or III in Business Administration, Accounting Support, or equivalent experience. Understanding of basic financial processes such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative work. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors.
