Your tasks Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact Identify, approach and win new business Identify business opportunities and growth areas with new and existing customers. Develop, manage and nurture strong and trusting relations with new business opportunities. Understand requirements through regular communication and face-to-face meetings. Prepare and present growth strategies and plans to meet and exceed established targets. Prepare business proposals, product presentations and solutions to new business opportunities. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing, account management. Develop strong and effective working relationships with the team. Ensure all enquiries and requests are responded to within a timely manner. Transition new customers smoothly and successfully to the account management phase. Prepare and present rolling monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Research and report on trends within the market Research and report on competitor analysis with the market. Research and report on lost opportunities Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System including activities, opportunities, appointments. Achieves Net Sales and Contribution Margin in accordance with approved plan. Achieves new customer growth in accordance with approved plan. Achieves accurate and timely reporting. Achieves smooth onboarding of new business to Account Management phase. Achieves a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieves strategic objectives defined by management in the annual planning process. Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of markets, competitors, products, and technologies. Your profile We're Looking for someone with A high degree of self-motivation and willingness to succeed. A high degree of personal integrity and professional accountability. Successful track record in being able to work independently and autonomously. Proven successful track record in sales and account management. Outstanding relationship building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skill Capable to understand the technical aspects of products and services. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Engineering related field will be highly regarded.
