The Role You’ll step in as the key point of contact for Melbourne for Site Managers, Estimators and Project Managers across the East Coast. The sales cycle runs 8–12 weeks, and project duration averages 9–12 months, which gives you plenty of time to build deep relationships and stay close to the project from start to finish. Your focus: • Identify project needs early and build trust • Coach clients through the solution they need • Map out project requirements, provide options, and manage hiccups before they arise • Maintain regular contact across the project lifecycle • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and execution It’s consultative. It’s relationship-led. And it’s about making yourself the person PMs call before they even put a tender together. What You’ll Bring You don’t need to be a technical guru, that can be taught. But you do need to know how construction works, especially at Tier 1–2 level where things move fast and expectations are high.
