The Opportunity: Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll drive the specification of a world-class product range across diverse construction projects by engaging directly with architects, engineers, and key project stakeholders in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities will include: Identifying and pursuing project leads to secure product specifications. Collaborating with Construction Sales and Business Development teams to convert specifications into orders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, engineers, and consultants. Delivering engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations. Attending industry events and networking opportunities to grow your influence. Leveraging Technical Services and Business Development resources to support specification opportunities. Recording and managing project data and client activity using CRM. About You: The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant field, and have prior experience in a specification sales role within the building/construction industry. You are a proactive, self-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You enjoy influencing key decision-makers, managing relationships, and presenting innovative solutions that deliver project value. To be successful in this role, you must have; The ability to manage multiple projects and clients with a structured, strategic approach. Prior experience working in CRM systems. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. The flexibility to travel regional as required.
