We are working with a leading manufacturer on industrial products that has built a reputation for quality and providing exceptional service to its clients. Currently, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. A hands-on Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing quality metrics, design and production certification plans, leading various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs, analysing non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions, facilitating reviews and workshops to determine root cause of defects, as well as providing technical support to sales and internal teams, allowing for a better education to customers on what is involved in the warranty process, amongst other quality activities. To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, be mechanically minded and have proven experience as a Quality Engineer within an industrial manufacturing environment. It is essential you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as this will allow you to work with the vast array of stakeholders that are involved in this role. Experience with ISO 9001 is highly advantageous.
