IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of civil, water and pipeline infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Based out of the contractor’s south of the river office, this role plays a key part in coordinating multiple projects concurrently, supporting site teams, and ensuring technical, commercial, and program outcomes are achieved. This opportunity suits a Project Engineer who enjoys managing several work fronts, working closely with delivery teams, and maintaining strong control across documentation, cost, and coordination. The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple civil, water and pipeline projects, ensuring works progress in line with program, budget, and quality requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing technical support and maintaining oversight across active projects. The Role In this role, you will: Support delivery of multiple civil, and water infrastructure projects Coordinate engineering documentation, RFIs, and technical queries Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Assist with programming, progress tracking, and reporting Support cost control, variations, and subcontractor management Coordinate procurement activities and supplier engagement Maintain accurate project records and audit-ready documentation Liaise with site teams to resolve technical and delivery issues Contribute to project handover and close-out processes About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civil construction Exposure to water, sewer, or pipeline infrastructure projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organisational and communication skills Solid understanding of construction programs and QA systems A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Permanent office-based role south of the river in Perth A salary package up to $150k super, depending on experience Exposure to water and pipeline infrastructure projects Supportive leadership and collaborative project teams Long-term stability with a strong pipeline of work Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
