IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator to support civil, water and pipeline infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Based out of the contractor’s south of the river office, this role sits within a business known for delivering technically complex utilities and pipeline works, supported by strong systems and experienced project teams. This opportunity suits a Contract Administrator who enjoys being closely involved in project delivery, commercial management, and working alongside engineers and site teams. The Opportunity As Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple water and pipeline projects, ensuring accurate cost control, compliance, and smooth project administration. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, contributing to consistent and well-managed project outcomes. The Role In this role, you will: Assist with contract administration across water and pipeline projects Manage subcontractor agreements, variations, and progress claims Support cost tracking, forecasting, and commercial reporting Prepare and review procurement documentation and RFQs Maintain accurate contract records and project documentation Assist with compliance to contractual, safety, and quality requirements Support project teams with commercial queries and issue resolution Contribute to project handover and close-out documentation About You To succeed, you will bring: Experience working as a Contract Administrator in civil construction Exposure to civil, water, utilities, or pipeline infrastructure projects Understanding of subcontractor management and cost control Knowledge of standard construction contracts and processes Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams A proactive and detail-focused approach Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality outcomes The Benefits Permanent office-based role south of the river in Perth Exposure to water and pipeline infrastructure projects Supportive commercial and project delivery teams A salary package tailored to your experience Long-term stability with a strong pipeline of work Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
