This is a genuine leadership role—designed for a senior CA who wants ownership, influence, and stability. You’ll be the commercial lead on site, supported by a capable delivery team and a business that values structure, accountability, and developing its people. Beyond this project, there’s continuity of work and a clear pathway into broader senior commercial roles. Your Focus Lead all commercial activities from procurement through to final account Manage head contract obligations, subcontract administration, and claims Control budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost reporting Work closely with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholders Mentor and guide junior CAs to maintain consistent commercial standards Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and commercial risk control About You Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on large commercial builds. Ideally with a strong focus on concrete structures.
