An established mechanical services business is seeking an experienced Project Manager – HVAC to deliver commercial and industrial HVAC projects across Sydney. This role offers end-to-end project ownership, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: Managing HVAC projects from planning through to completion (up to the 4 million mark). They also work on larger projects which in time you will have the opportunity to work on. The experienced PM's at the moment are working on a 70 million job. Programming, budgeting, forecasting and cost control Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Procurement of major plant and materials Managing progress claims, cash flow and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements Building strong client relationships About you: 5 years’ experience in HVAC or mechanical services project management Experience working as a tradesman or site supervisor would also work well in this role Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems Experience with estimating, procurement and contract administration Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent experience (desirable) What’s on offer: Competitive salary package Vehicle Stable full-time role with long-term career prospects Varied commercial projects across Sydney Supportive and professional team environment A culture which fosters growth and development- this team is very well tenured people don't leave!
