About the job An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of a well-regarded agricultural machinery supplier across the East Coast. With a focus on the Northern NSW/Southern Qld region, this field-based position offers the chance to leverage your established network and deep understanding of the agricultural sector to sell our client's well regarded product range. You will also be instrumental in driving product awareness and fostering strong relationships within the farming community and partnered dealerships. Role responsibilities include: Actively promote and drive sales of the complete product range Establish and nurture strong relationships with farmers and key dealers Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers Represent the company at industry events such as field days Prepare and deliver timely and accurate sales quotes Provide support during product start-up processes Contribute to product development and marketing through field feedback The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess a practical approach, and be comfortable with regular travel within the designated region. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport are essential for success in this role. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment. An attractive remuneration package, including a negotiable base salary around $130,000 to $150,000, a company vehicle, and commission/bonuses will be offered to the successful applicant.
