About the Role You'll work closely with the Farm Manager and support a team of three. This is a hands-on role where practical skill, initiative, and communication matter. The business runs a mix of dryland cropping with a small area of supplementary irrigation, growing wheat, faba beans, chickpeas, cotton, and sorghum. Experience with modern machinery is essential, especially in setting up planters and operating and running headers. This includes maintaining and looking after all farm equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
