About the role: This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in: Maintain golf course areas, including tees, fairways, greens, and general infrastructure. Operate mowing and machinery for course preparation and upkeep. Apply chemicals and fertilizers, renovate and repair turf, and manage irrigation. Support improvement projects and maintain garden beds and landscaped areas. What we're looking for: An interest in horticulture and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to ask questions and learn on the job Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in horticulture or turf maintenance Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a team-focused attitude A Valid Driver's Licence What can you expect from us?
