Purpose The Regional Coordinator is responsible for driving student recruitment in South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia to Le Cordon Bleu campuses. Main Duties and Responsibilities The primary objectives of this role are to: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, identify opportunities that will aid with the growth and diversification of our student population while meeting assigned targets. Represent and promote Le Cordon Bleu by providing information about our brand and courses to prospective students/agents. Develop and maintain relationships with education agents. Manage all prospective student enquiries and deliver a superior customer response across all channels ensuring conversions. Effectively meet sales targets and KPIs Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop key initiatives tailored to Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide course offerings and target market segments. Provide knowledge of market trends, insights, and competitor activity. Position Requirements Generally, act as a sales representative of Le Cordon Bleu, contribute to the promotion and sales of Australia’s programs both onshore and online. Sales KPIs · Convert as many generated leads as possible, not only to achieve, but to exceed student enrolment KPIs across intakes for Adelaide programs and nationally Promotions (Lead Generation) · Work closely with the Marketing team, to provide feedback on lead generation activities such as outbound email and social media campaigns. Product Knowledge · Demonstrate a fluent knowledge of all programs offered by Le Cordon Bleu, in particular its four Australian campuses. · Remain up to date on relevant competitor intelligence and utilise it within the student recruitment process. Customer Service · Liaise with other departments such as Student Services, Admissions and Industry Engagement. · Management of Educational Agents within assigned regions · Liaise with the academic department regarding applications for subject exemption and credit transfer. Public Relations · Assist in the support of any opportunities for the public promotion of Le Cordon Bleu. · In your position as Regional Coordinator, it is an expectation that: · You will be required to participate in Le Cordon Bleu’s performance review process. · You will achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). · You will attend and actively participate in all mandatory staff training sessions. · You will not incur any expenditure on behalf of Le Cordon Bleu without prior written approval for such expenditure from Le Cordon Bleu Management. · You will follow any additional Sales related requirements in regard to lead management, documentation submission processes and CRM usage. Training and Development · Actively and positively participate in training initiatives to improve skills, knowledge and maintain current awareness of not only the organisation’s internal functioning but also the education industry overall. Knowledge & Experience Experience in domestic and international education sales, supported by sound knowledge of the Australian education system Proven history in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs (essential). Experience in lead nurturing software programs such as Active Campaign and building stable and beneficial relationships with customers at different stages of the sales funnel. High-level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences. Customer service or B2C sales experience and a track record of delivering a quality customer experience through sales, marketing and events activities. Proven history in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs (essential). Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or 3 years relevant experience. Special Conditions After-hours and weekend work will sometimes be required. Travel within assigned regions will be required and will occasionally involve overnight accommodation. A full driver’s licence and vehicle are required. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
