This is a part-time position working at Kinross Care Centre, Lakehouse working 45.60 hours per fortnight Please view the below roster. Week 1 Tuesday: 1500-2215 Wednesday:1500 -2215 Thursday: 1500-2215 Week 2 Tuesday: 1500-2215 Wednesday: 1500-2215 Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. What you'll do Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments Safely administer medication to residents Falls management and prevention Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management What you'll need Current AHPRA Registration Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute Please note this is an internal vacancy.
