The OpportunityThe Manager (Risk and Schedule) plays a critical leadership role in supporting the successful delivery of The Wave - Stage 1 and 2 (Rail) project by providing strategic, high-level advice and services in both risk management and project scheduling. This role ensures that project risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed, and that robust scheduling practices are embedded to support the timely and efficient delivery of this complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure program. You will provide leadership of the risk and schedule team to deliver integrated risk and schedule initiatives to support successful delivery of the project. In this role, success means leading a confident and capable team, delivering meaningful risk and schedule insights to senior leaders, and embedding a culture where risk and schedule performance are understood, valued, and actively managed across the project.
