The Role This position manages a portfolio of properties and tenants across the Ipswich region, ensuring safe, compliant and sustainable housing. Responsibilities include: Managing tenancy agreements, onboarding, rent reviews and compliance Conducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance Providing early‑intervention support for tenancy issues and resolving problems promptly Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting Building positive tenant relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams and community partners Supporting safe, stable and sustainable tenancies through consistent service delivery About You You will bring experience working in housing, community services or a related frontline role.
