They have about 30 staff and now require a Lawyer with experience in Employment Law to join the team. Their clients range from small business to national organisations with an interesting mix of industry sectors. What you’d be doing in this role: Sophisticated estate planning for individuals in business, including family trusts, companies, superannuation, and business succession planning. Probate, estate administration, and superannuation claims following death. Acting in family provision claims, contested testamentary capacity matters, and disputes involving executors. Complex trust disputes, along with Powers of Attorney and guardianship/administration matters. You're probably a good fit if: You have at least 2 years Post-qualified experience. Wills & Estates experience High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills, strong ethics, warm interpersonal style, and a commitment to service excellence. Commercially minded with the ability to think laterally and deliver practical solutions. A teachable, flexible team player who can also work autonomously with a positive, can-do attitude.
