About Us Serene Residential Care, operated by Bluedawn Healthcare, is a boutique 43-bed aged care facility in Lockleys. We focus on delivering respectful, compassionate care in a safe and welcoming environment. Our team includes nurses, personal care workers, and allied health professionals dedicated to the wellbeing of our residents. We’re looking for two candidates, compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team at Serene Residential Care, a fully accredited aged care facility in the peaceful suburb of Lockleys. This is a full-time position with structured shifts and weekend/overtime loadings, offering an opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents while delivering exceptional care. About the Role As a Registered Nurse in our aged care home, you’ll: Assess and respond to the physical, emotional and social needs of residents Develop and manage personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals Administer medication, monitor wound care, and manage chronic conditions Supervise and mentor care workers and enrolled nurses to maintain high standards Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with aged care compliance and quality standards Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with aged care compliance and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents are supported with dignity and respect What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A Bachelor of Nursing degree is a mandatory requirement for this position. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care nursing (preferred) Certificate IV in Ageing Support or similar qualification (desirable) Current police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid First Aid & CPR certification Great communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for person-centred aged care If you’re a dedicated aged care nurse who thrives in a team-based, resident-first environment — we’d love to hear from you.
