We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controller to join a leading organisation in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This temporary position, based in Malaga and Perth CBD, requires a skilled professional to manage and oversee project operations effectively. Description Provide project controls support across multiple projects, ensuring cost, schedule, risk, and reporting activities align with internal standards and client requirements Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Schedulers to develop and deliver comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, financial performance, resourcing, actual costs, earned value, and forecasts Support project financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, milestone tracking, and project close-out Partner with project teams to monitor project performance, identify variances, and analyse actual results against budget and forecast Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports for internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within the ERP system, including project setup and ongoing data integrity Profile Exposure to Mining, Oil & Gas or Construction industries is essential Experienced in using P6 and Microsoft Project Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills Excellent analytical problem solving skills and solutions orientated Positive Attitude and Forward Looking Meticulous Attention to Detail Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to work efficiently and effectively with competing priorities Job Offer Opportunity to work across Perth CBD and Malaga Office Locations Malaga Office offering on-site parking Competitive Hourly Rate 6 Month Temporary Role with potential for professional growth and extension To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
