Synergie are currently looking for experienced Warehouse Operators to join a newly established Distribution Centre located in Altona. The important parts: $33.38 p/h Super Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, potential for overtime Permanent opportunities to the right individual Immediate start Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurate inventory of products Prepare orders for despatch by picking and packing items according to company standards Perform regular inventory/cycle counts and maintain accurate records using current warehouse management system/process Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (preferred but not mandatory) and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role Repetitive manual handling tasks when required (up to 5kg) Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory Australian Resident or Citizens only As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
